1999...Looking back, it may have been a year in which I became stronger in many ways, but it was also a year of great frustration and great uncertainty.

I cherished the momentum of 1998 and set my sights on another major breakthrough, but this is where I had my first unusual change in myself. Rather than the burnout that is always common...something was wrong. It would be easier to understand if I used a car analogy, but if I were to describe the usual burnout as "running out of gasoline," this time it was closer to "running out of oil.

The power steering didn't work, I couldn't turn the steering wheel to the left or right, and the only thing I could do was go straight, and I was terrified of myself.

I stopped thinking about anything for a month, took a walk, slept well, and finally began to make decisions.

It was the year I learned the importance of taking care of myself and aiming for higher goals.

The first half is the music before the breakdown, and the second half is the music after the breakdown. I think both are good albums that fully express my personality. I hope you enjoy them.
